Wednesday's Stream

It's storming right now... Nothing severe, just an early morning pop-up. The night at the hotel reminds me of why we have the asirstream. The bed was hard and the pillows are not foam... Woke up coughing and aching. The plus side of this hotel is that it is walking distance from a small fabric/quilt-making shop. Now I have something to do while hubby does his thing...

We had dinner at a locally owned restaurant last night. It was a $7.95 all you can eat buffet. Meat-n-three... or three  meats and six...LOL! I had a baked porkchop, some green beans, pickled beets, cottage cheese, and the best dang banana pudding evah! The place was extry good! Hubby tore up the veggies, pork chops and fried chicken. The servers were extry friendly. It's a do-again if we're in the area.

Today will be an eight hour drive back up to Ohio. It will be nice to sleep in our airstream bed tonight... I've become a creature of habit when it comes to sleep. We'll be driving through some pretty country to get back to the interstate.

Sorry this isn't exciting. But with this leg of the trip, lack of excitement is good. Y'all have a great day! Behave... Okay?

I never thought I'd say this, but I think I would love travelling the countryside in an Airstream!

Have a safe trip you two!

Who said it's not exciting? I can't wait to see what you find in the fabric store.

I'm hungry now. That dinner sounded really good.

Have a terrific day honey. Big hug. :)

I'm sorry you didn't get a better sleep...but I would think that fabric shopping made things look up a little bit? Safe journey!!

We love the 'meat & three' places...and sleeping in our own bed. Welcome to the trella! Be safe, my friend.
